Poetry at Play grabs students’ attention with hilarious limericks then investigates basic poetic devices and shows how these simple tools can be used to breathe life into all poetry. With inspired irreverence and skillful wordplay, Poetry at Play will excite even the most reluctant students, who will forget their fear of verse and gain confidence to tackle the likes of Lewis Carroll or Shakespeare et al, and all their poetical studies!
